Alan is proud to be a full-time Real Estate Advisor in the Palm Springs, CA area and appreciates the unique qualities that make this community so amazing! With over 20 years of experience in the residential mortgage loan industry, Alan enjoys being able to share his expertise and knowledge with his clients, particularly first-time homebuyers. Fascinated with the real estate transactions and local markets, combined with his commitment to outstanding customer service inspired Alan to venture into Real Estate.
 
My goal is to help meet the unique needs of every home buyer and seller with the highest standards of integrity, respect, hard work, honesty, and attention to detail. I strive to think “one step ahead” and anticipate needed actions and possible outcomes throughout every step of the home buying/selling process.
 
Alan has earned the designation of "Certified Residential Specialist" (CRS), the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents and brokers. He always implements the newest technology available (a constantly-changing field!) and strives to incorporate them into his real estate transactions to make the process simpler and faster for his clients.
 
With degrees in music education and performance, Alan continues to remain active as a member of both the Coachella Valley Symphony and the Desert Winds Symphonic Band, where he also serves on the Board of Directors. Alan is also active in the community as a volunteer with the Palm Springs International Film Festival, Palm Springs Modernism Week, and the Living Desert Zoo & Gardens, just to name a few.
