Meet Matt Torres

Matt Torres, a licensed California Real Estate Agent and Transaction Coordinator for John & Ryan, Real Estate Group and also assists with maintaining the brand identity and developing new marketing and advertising programs including public relations, internet marketing, and social media related to real estate.

 

Previously, Matt was the assistant to a well know local real estate agent and is well versed in Real Estate Owned (REO or Bank Owned Property) sales during his five years of dedication. There he handled all marketing aspects, accounts payable/receivable, and transaction coordinating, and was the liaison between the Sellers and Agent. Prior to that, Matt worked for Realty Executives California for four years, first as an Assistant, making his way up to Office Administrator and Transaction Coordinator, and then up to Marketing Specialist / Corporate Controller.

 

Also known as "Mr. Wonderful", Matt comes with broad knowledge and years of experience. John & Ryan Group proudly consider him a part of the team as he keeps their machine well-oiled for success!
